Healing for excessive tiredness/irritability

I feel very stretched and imposed upon at present and would like to feel less tired tense and irritable .

side effects of cancer treatment, these are shortness of breath,tiredness,pains in the joints,poor memory.also i have torn the cartilage in my left knee and i have severe facial spasms.

He was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a very aggressive brain tumor, last June. It was removed but has returned and does not respond well to traditional therapies such as radiation and chemo. I\'ve tried working with he and his wife, trying to get them to focus on positive self healing but it\'s been very challenging, he is often confused and has difficulty concentrating because of where the tumor is located.
